"When I first met Maik Wiedenbach I boldly instructed him as to my wish list, trusting - I had seen him around MidCity and admired his workouts- but with no real belief. I wanted muscles and a proper dietary regimen, which was as far from my reality as the lunar surface. Within 6 months I did my first unassisted pull-ups and began wearing sleeveless shirts at the gym and on the street! I come from a long line of church ladies whose flowered print short sleeve shifts accentuated their always hanging arms- as a child I refused to remove my green long sleeved sweater even when promised treats. "I have trained with Maik Wiedenbach since February 2006...my goals were simple: I wanted a new body without touching cardio equipment, and for 33 yrs of wrong habits to be broken in less than a year.
